"I went from not giving 100% in the gym and giving up on myself every time, to going to the gym every single morning at 4 o'clock in the morning with a DEDICATED plan-- and I stuck with it! During the past 12 weeks, I have done several interviews and the dig deeper mindset has helped me through the interviews. I have been reaching out to more people trying to spread the word of how great BODi and Dig Deeper program are! You can see my results! I have lost 12" and 20 pounds in weight, but I really didn't look at the scale during these entire 12 weeks. I am going to restart Dig Deeper because I absolutely love this program and this regimen, but Chrissi's coaching hasn't stopped there. She has given me some suggestions as to what to do next and how to move forward and I appreciate that so much.
